Ever since I met J, I joined his co-rec softball team in the summer. He got a team together…4 or 5 years ago. After the first year, he got the company he works for to sponsor it.
After dealing with some frustrations over the past two years, we decided to get our own personal team together. However, we kept the team name that he created (along with the logo).
We had our first game tonight and WON!! It was a lot of fun. J hit a couple of home runs, and I had a couple base hits. Not bad for a first game.
In case you can’t tell…we wear blue.
The other team that we left played before us. It felt a little awkward watching them. It will be even more awkward next week when we actually play them. Wish us luck. 🙂
