Two-Thousand and Twenty.

I’m not going to lie, 2019 did not go the way I had planned.

I had planned on losing a lot of weight, I had planned on being healthier. I had planned on really focusing on my blog. I had planned on lots of things.

It didn’t happen.

Instead, I actually gained more weight. My health level is about the same, still struggling to get my thyroid under control and I’m on a new medication for a weird-ass reflux thing with my sinuses.

With 2020 comes a new decade, and this time I really am ready to make a change.

I am 30 years old, it’s time to get serious about things.

With 2020 I plan on:

  1. Losing 50 pounds (or around 10 dress sizes)
  2. Blogging consistently
  3. Doing the things I really want to do, instead of things I feel guilted into
  4. Reducing my stress level
  5. Being at peace with myself and my lifestyle

I feel like focusing on 5 items is plenty. I have decided to try make my to-do list a little more open ended. In the past I would’ve have said something like, Start doing yoga. Now, i’m just focusing on reducing stress. Yes, that will probably bring in some yoga, but that’s not what I care about. I care about my stress level.

Let’s focus on becoming better versions of ourselves this year.
