A couple weeks ago I helped host a ‘Couples Shower’ for our friends Becca and Kalib. He has an awesome family and let us host it at their home. We had lots of help from his parents, and sisters and they had a great time.

We Bought a House!
Last, last weekend, after we got back from a fun Saturday (17th) celebrating my birthday we had a notice from our apartment complex. I won’t go into a lot of details, but needless to say we needed to find a new place to live by June 30th, and we had to give them notice by the end of April. We weren’t planning on buying a house until later this fall, so this moved up our timeline a bit.

Chicken Crust Pizza.
Yes, you read that correctly. A pizza made with crust that is made out of chicken. I found this recipe on Fit Men Cook. That’s also where I found the recipe for making large quantity chicken. I also saw many more recipes there that I will be trying at some point.

Meal Prep.
For some reason, probably allergies, I have been so tired this past weekend. I ended up falling asleep on the couch Friday night, woke up at 10 and went grocery shopping. That is the time. Man, it was amazing. Dillons after 10 is practically empty. Anywho, other than making a chicken crust pizza Saturday for lunch (which I will post about later) it went in the fridge until Sunday. With our new workout, we also signed up for a meal plan with our trainer. I honestly never thought I would get tired of chicken but it’s happened.
