Who’s got zits? I do. You do. He does. She does. Everyone does! The one saving grace and answer to my prayers… Acne Pimple Master Patches. I order them in a 4-pack from Amazon. They are a god-send. They are these little circles that you just peel off the paper and place over the zit. It works best if you either pop it a little first (which I know isn’t recommended but whatever! MM 100: Week 2.
Workouts 9 – 20 Monday (9 & 10) That was the most half-assed workout I’ve ever done. Holy crap. I tried working out during lunch because I was working from home and that was an utter failure. I did great for about 10 minutes and then it just kind of petered out. Which means that I am probably going to go back and redo it this evening, because I am so disappointed in myself. And I did. Meal Prep: 01/19/2020
Breakfast This week I made a few egg and sausage breakfast burritos. I used 6 whole eggs and then a few tablespoons of liquid egg whites that I had left in the fridge. For the sausage, I found these bad boys which I only used part of. A little goes a long way with them. I used a smaller tortilla shell to help with the calorie count, then I added some cheese with the sausage and egg, wrapped them up in foil and popped them in the freezer. I realized I have a lot of friends. Maybe not typical friends, but I sure call a lot of people by that word. I have many friends I’ve never met in person (even though I finally did start hearing their voices via different chat services). First things first… About the Program In case you don’t know what it is, here are some details about the Morning Meltdown 100 (or MM 100) program… It is lead by trainer Jericho, who is one of my favorites! Watermelon.
I adore watermelon. I could eat it every single day. Every day. This week, Walmart was out of whole watermelons, which means I had to become one of those people who buy pre-cut watermelon. Now, I don’t get the people who buy pre-cut watermelon on the reg. It’s so much cheaper (and fresher) if you buy a whole watermelon and chop it up. (There is no judgement here though, you do whatchu gotta do) Anyways, I bought some pre-cut. A few days later, I had some. It tasted funny. And a little weird. And then I got sick. It was brutal.
