I’m not going to lie, 2019 did not go the way I had planned. I had planned on losing a lot of weight, I had planned on being healthier. I had planned on really focusing on my blog. I had planned on lots of things. It didn’t happen. Instead, I actually gained more weight. My health level is about the same, still struggling to get my thyroid under control and I’m on a new medication for a weird-ass reflux thing with my sinuses. 19 in 2019. (2020 Update)
I decided to go through and update this post that I made in early 2019, just to see what I did and didn’t accomplish. It ain’t pretty folks.
