    Breakfast This week I made a few egg and sausage breakfast burritos. I used 6 whole eggs and then a few tablespoons of liquid egg whites that I had left in the fridge. For the sausage, I found these bad boys which I only used part of. A little goes a long way with them. I used a smaller tortilla shell to help with the calorie count, then I added some cheese with the sausage and egg, wrapped them up in foil and popped them in the freezer.
