Monday I had a lot of things to catch up on today, so I decided just be smart with food and eat good stuffs and take care of my mental health. Tuesday I am back with it! Clever Fox Weekly Planner.
I adore planners. I like lists. I love calendars. Organization is life. And sometimes I kind of stink at it. But I like to pretend that I’m good at it! 🙂 Fake it til ya make it. MM 100: Week 3.
Workouts 21 – 34 Monday I got my workouts in, but barely. Meh. Tuesday I have been crazy tired this week. I can’t quite figure out why. I took a nap yesterday and a nap today! What the heck! Who’s got zits? I do. You do. He does. She does. Everyone does! The one saving grace and answer to my prayers… Acne Pimple Master Patches. I order them in a 4-pack from Amazon. They are a god-send. They are these little circles that you just peel off the paper and place over the zit. It works best if you either pop it a little first (which I know isn’t recommended but whatever! MM 100: Week 2.
Workouts 9 – 20 Monday (9 & 10) That was the most half-assed workout I’ve ever done. Holy crap. I tried working out during lunch because I was working from home and that was an utter failure. Meal Prep: 01/19/2020
Breakfast This week I made a few egg and sausage breakfast burritos. I used 6 whole eggs and then a few tablespoons of liquid egg whites that I had left in the fridge. For the sausage, I found these bad boys which I only used part of. A little goes a long way with them. I used a smaller tortilla shell to help with the calorie count, then I added some cheese with the sausage and egg, wrapped them up in foil and popped them in the freezer. I realized I have a lot of friends. Maybe not typical friends, but I sure call a lot of people by that word. I have many friends I’ve never met in person (even though I finally did start hearing their voices via different chat services). First things first… About the Program In case you don’t know what it is, here are some details about the Morning Meltdown 100 (or MM 100) program… It is lead by trainer Jericho, who is one of my favorites! There is a live DJ, whose music I don’t actually like (sorry Jesse!!), so I usually mute or lower the volume and jam out to my own tunes. That keeps me waaay more motivated and pumped up.
